At Des Épigraphes, we take great care in preparing each parcel with the same attention we give to the stories we tell. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery process.

1. Preparation Time

Orders are prepared within 3 business days, provided the item is in stock. You will receive an email once your order is on its way.

2. Carriers

Depending on your location, orders are shipped via La Poste, Poste Italiane, or UPS.

3. Tracking

Tracking is offered for orders above 50€ (excluding shipping). Orders below this amount may not include tracking.

4. Delivery Times

  • France & Europe: Estimated delivery within 10 business days

  • International: Estimated delivery within 15 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly depending on local conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

  • France:

    • Free for orders over 50€

    • 2€ for orders under 50€

  • Most of Europe (including: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, etc.):

    • Free for orders over 50€

    • 2€ for orders under 50€

  • Other countries (Switzerland, UK, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Canada, US):

    • 10€ flat rate, regardless of order total
